A shopping cart is your virtual shopping bag. It collects all the products that you want to purchase. All you have to do when you like a product is to add it to your shopping cart. You can then just view your shopping cart, delete out items that you do not want and proceed to buy them.

To check what you have shopped at tarladalal.com and what’s their status, click on the icon “Shopping” at the top of any page and on the right column you will see your current order status. “Order Tracking” for older orders will show all the details about the products you have shopped. This is located under My Page where you will get a drop down box for My Account. Under this will be details of order history. Order history will also be viewable on invoice pages. You will get a history of all the items that you had ordered for the whole year. If any of your order is pending it will intimate you if it has been dispatched and is expected to reach you by what date.

You can cancel any order that has not entered the shipping process. To do so log on to tarladalal.com and click on the Order tracking (located at My Page - My Account). It will give you a history of all your orders. Choose the order you wish to cancel and click on Cancel Order icon next to it. Canceling of any order that has already been shipped to you will be considered as returned shipment the cost price of the book will be refunded to you but not the postal charges.
